  1. Photography Services

  • Proposal Bliss provides professional photography services as part of our packages.

  • Only edited, images will be provided to clients. RAW or unedited files will not be released under any circumstances.

  • Standard editing includes color correction, exposure adjustment, and basic retouching. Advanced retouching (e.g., skin smoothing, object removal) may be available at an additional cost.

  • Final images will be delivered digitally within 1-2 weeks of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Copyright and Usage

  • Proposal Bliss retains full copyright of all images.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, personal-use license to print, share, and post images.

  • Images may not be sold, edited, or used commercially without prior written consent.

  • Proposal Bliss reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

  1. Third-Party Vendors

  • Where external vendors are use, we collaborate with trusted partners.

  • While we ensure high-quality standards, Proposal Bliss is not responsible for vendor-related delays, quality concerns, or service failures.

  1. Event Execution

  • Our team will be on-site to coordinate and ensure a smooth proposal or event.

  • Clients must arrive on time and follow the agreed-upon schedule.

  1. Weather and Force Majeure

  • In the case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer alternative arrangements where possible.

  • Proposal Bliss is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions).
