1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Proposal Bliss, a service that assists in planning and executing marriage proposals, events, and photography. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you accept these terms in full.
2. Services
Proposal Bliss offers proposal planning, event planning, and photography services. This includes consultation, venue setup, coordination, and additional add-ons.
3. Booking and Payment
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event date.
Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 8 days before the scheduled event will receive a partial refund (excluding non-refundable deposits and any non-recoverable vendor costs).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information and cooperate with the Proposal Bliss team.
Proposal Bliss is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party vendors, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Photography and Videography
Proposal Bliss provides professional photography as part of selected packages.
RAW or unedited images will not be provided under any circumstances.
Clients will receive only edited images. Standard editing includes color correction, exposure adjustment, and basic retouching. Advanced retouching (e.g., object removal, detailed skin edits) may be available at an additional cost.
Final images will be delivered digitally within 1-2 weeks of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Proposal Bliss retains full copyright of all images. Clients are granted a personal-use license to print, share, and post images, but not to resell, edit, or use commercially without prior written consent.
Proposal Bliss reserves the right to use images and videos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless the client opts out in writing before the event.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
Proposal Bliss will take all reasonable measures to ensure a successful event but is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or unforeseen disruptions.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during the event.
While we collaborate with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., décor, venues, catering), Proposal Bliss is not responsible for their performance, quality, or service failures.
8. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected is used only for event planning and photography services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with South African legal procedures.
